Great staff!!!I am extremely happy with the services provided by this branch. Things get done fast and always with a smile. Bank employees are so kind, professional and skillful. The bank assistant manager is the person I deal with occasionally and she is fantastic! I would recommend this Bank 100%.

I wouldn't even give this bank 1 star. I tried to get $200 of my own money from their ATM which went through, only I wasn't given the money. When I went inside to talk to teller I was given a 1800 number to call to straighten it out. ( not their problem ) I was eventually asked to leave the bank after an hour spent trying to rectify the situation and I had to call the police in order to get it on record. I ended up calling the 800 number only to be put on hold 3 times as they re-route me to a different representative. Finally after 2 1/2 hours later was told I had to write an incident report and send it to them before they will investigate the situation. Thanks key bank for stealing my money and time.......you suck!,,
