I called Liberty tax on West State Street in Olean with some tax questions they told me to come on down was able to get my taxes done the same day . Carol prepared my taxes she was an absolute blessing very friendly very efficient I will definitely come back. She is a perfect example of who should work for the public to make tax preparation quick and painless. If you haven't got your taxes done go visit the girls down at Liberty tax on West State Street in Olean. We moved to Olean at the very end of 2020 and we love it.

She came in during off hrs just to do my taxes! She made it as easy as possible for us! Went super quick with no issues! Last year I used turbo tax and had so many issues! I'm sticking with liberty from now on!! I 100% recommend!! Plus liberty was cheaper then turbo tax for new being self employed in 2023!!

I recently retired from being an Over the road truck driver! As a previous Owner Operator, tax time was always a daunting task and extremely time consuming! My previous accountant of 15 years recently retired as well! Which meant I had to find another tax service! Which to me, is like having my teeth pulled! Which I thought, may have been preferable!
But after careful consideration and reading a lot of reviews, I decided to go with Liberty. Let me tell you something. From the very first moment upon entering, you are greeted by the entire office staff sitting at their desk! I was impressed to say the least, that not only did they greet you, they also stopped what they were doing briefly! Looking up at me and making eye contact! Not simply belting out a generic hello, every time the door bells chime!
The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed!
The staff was polite, professional and able to easily answer any questions I had! I absolutely without hesitation will be using Liberty for my taxes, moving forward from this point on!
