Great customer service, I had to get my bumper and taillight replaced and the results were perfect. I had to get a rental and the process was so easy. The car was returned clean.

I hit a deer and Mallory's was the place to go. I received great customer service and updates throughout the time they had my car. My car came back clean and repaired and I am very happy. I have used Mallory's a couple times in the past, in the 90's, and they did a great job back then as well.

Mallery’s was amazing to work with and did high quality work. GEICO put aftermarket parts on my truck and they didn’t hold up. Got it approved to put OEM parts on and Mallery’s did great. Unfortunately they had to battle GEICO for the money, even after GEICO approved it to get fixed! Thank you Mallery’sfor doing great work and making sure the job was done right

We weren’t informed on the vehicle unless we called them. Took way longer than we expected. Sat in shop most of the time waiting for a bumper. Took about 6 weeks.

I highly recommend Mallory’s Autobody to anyone in the Olean area. What seemed like a basic leak (due to my own lack of knowledge) turned into a vehicle I had purchased 2 years ago being totaled. They went above and beyond over the course of the 9 week nightmare this had turned into for me. Great communication, empathy and service all around. Thank you!

Always satisfied with their work and they are so good at letting you know every step of the way what’s going on with your vehicle. They gave me a loaner car to use and never once asked for that back , they were so patient waiting on my insurance company. I don’t go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service. Truly top notch. A deer ran into the side of my car, ripped up the entire driver's side. Doors wouldn't open, mirror and tail light missing. They worked with me through the insurance claim process, patiently waiting for word without complaint. The plan changed, and the entire team was on the move to satisfy the needs I had. Road worthy was my only requirement, and they went so far above and beyond. I truly cannot thank everyone at Mallery's enough. This was the least stressful car repair I've yet experienced. Customer for life! You all earned it!
