Was disappointed with the service man. Was lied to about what was going on and they couldn’t give me a ride home. Wanted me to fill out large form to get a rental car to get home. I walked home Said they had a battery and then they didn’t. Said battery was good then said it failed after charging it along with other things

Do not ever go here. The manger is rude. They do not use ford parts therefore it voids your warranty. Worst service I have ever dealt with.

Brought my truck in they found a differential seal leak. Also tail gate latch needed replaced. Got an appointment. Came in for appointments. Sat for 4 hrs. They were only available to fix tailgate latch. Due to back log of Friday.
Ask me to come back for another appointment? I declined at this time. Drove 35 miles in and then back. Looked up repair time and
Application. Called them back they had seal and fluid. I drove another 70 miles to pick up parts. Called around.. Ended up going to Emerling Ford Springville. They got me in on appointment. Gave them parts. Ate my breakfast in their waiting room. Had some coffee and water, watched a little tv. Took a nap. They woke me. Truck done. Pd the labor and they put registration decal on windshield.
Truck runs great. Thanks to them.
Suggest when you walk in and see your over booked call the customer and ask them to reschedule. Not all folks live local.
Don't waste their $125.00 HR time.

The Mastel Ford team is amazing! They treat you like family and find you exactly what you are looking for with in your price range. Dealership is in clean and great repair! Sales team was amazing and friendly to work with. Finance was quick with the paperwork so it got us in our new, bigger ride faster! Overall amazing, friendly experience! Customer service goes above and beyond most dealerships. They don't leave you wandering around the parking lot trying to find a sales person. Even the parts & service department are friendly and always helpful.

Quick, easy and efficient! Any other place i have bought a car from does not take the time to go over any of the features your vehicle has. Matt literally went through every feature the car had, helped download the app, and showed me those features as well. Kristen was awesome quickest signing of documents ever. They worked with my schedule, to which I never felt pressured. Highly recommend!
