“We’ve been in the market for a new bed for YEARS and today decided to finally just go look at our options, and ended up at Metro Mattress in Olean.We’ve been to a few other places prior but never felt all that comfortable with the customer service and decided not to purchase.This afternoon we met Brad, the AM at Metro Mattress, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was SO helpful, knowledgeable, honest & happy to answer all of our questions. The financing options were perfect for us so that we didn’t have to settle for less like we did with our last mattress/bed purchase! “Amy, the store manager, gets FIVE STARS. Raymour & Flanigan's online ordering gets zero stars. I ordered three chairs for my office, two blue, one orange (looks better than they sound). The first two chairs were said to be available instore in 3-5 days and the third chair in about 4-6 weeks. I called the Olean store after about five days to see when I could pick up the two blue chairs. I was told they would take 4-6 weeks. This was NOT what the online store said and not what my receipt stated. Amy did everything she could to arrange earlier delivery of the chairs for me. Keep in mind, these were ordered to setup my office for in-person meetings so each day they were delayed, I was losing money. After almost three weeks, I was told the two blue chairs would not be arriving instore until after Thanksgiving (a full six weeks). Honestly, it felt like false advertising. I ended up canceling my order. Amy in Olean was EXCELLENT to deal with. Amy went over and beyond to assist me and she called periodically to update me. It has been a pleasure dealing with Amy in Olean. HIGHLY recommend Amy for your furniture needs.”
