I have been in the store for over 15 minutes and have not acknowledged. No hello, hi or welcome. Girl at the counter talked to her friend. I am not from here and was prepared to spend some money, but guess not here. Terrible customer service.if I could give zero stars I would!

There is very little for women in their 40s and honestly the quality of clothes is about the same as stuff you can get at Marshall's or TJMAX- and it's cheaper there too.

I had a bad experience with a manager here and have not returned. I recently visited a Maurices at another location and had forgotten how much I loved their clothes! At this particular location, however, I returned an item which still had the tags on it and the manager argued with me and said it smelled like fabric softener and that it had been washed - embarrassing and absurd to be treated like that as a paying customer. Why would I wear and wash something with the tags still attached!? Maybe that manager isn't even employed there anymore, who knows, but because of that asinine accusation I refuse to return.
