I absolutely love having the same local parts store that has always been there. It's hasn't changed a bit since I was a kid other than the computers on the counter.
Shop local, support our local business, not the billion dollar conglomerates that ask us to round up our purchases when their the ones with all our money.

I just prefer parts plus in Jamestown for selection or Randolph auto supply for selection, price, and service.Nothing went wrong there and staff were fine they just didn't have the products or prices I wanted so I went elsewhere.

First starter was wrong so I waited for the replacement. Got the replacement put it in and it was bad from the place they got it. So I took it back out and back for a refund. After 3 trips (close to 100 miles) and many wasted hours I decided to return it and shop else where. They refunded the money for starter and tax but refused to return my " frieght" charges. They said it's company policy and that I was told this from the beginning. (I WAS NEVER TOLD THERE WAS A FREIGHT CHARGE FOR ORDERING A STARTER!)One would think that after getting it wrong THREE times they would just return the money I had spent with them. So that little $32 "freight" charge just cost them my future business.The gentlemen that works out in their machine is the reason it's not a one-star rating. He took the time to try to figure out things and I did appreciate that.

Went in looking for a car part they didn't have. That is no problem cuz not every store is going to have everything that you need . The staff was very friendly very helpful a gentleman did come out to look at my boyfriend's car to see if they could give us assistance. He most definitely did not have to do that ? that was very kind. Just with that alone I would tell people to go to this parts store their customer service is extremely friendly.
