After numerous national searches, I finally found the Jeep I was looking for--only issue was that I live in Kansas and the Jeep was in New York. Turned out to not be a problem at all, especially with the assistance from Nelson. Nelson walked me through the entire process, from talking numbers to figuring out shipping 1,000+ miles. Collan was helpful as well, notably on the financial/paperwork side of things.
I finally got my hands on my new ride and she's a beauty.

I just purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Paul Browns this is the third vehicle I've bought from the dealership I don't like going through all the back and forth when it comes to buying a car because it's a really big purchase and I want to feel comfortable during the process, when I go to the dealership I see Jason Anderson he's always great about seeing that I get the vehicle I'm looking for with as little hassle for me as possible together with answering all the questions I ask and I ask alot even after I buy the vehicle. My overall experience with the dealership and Jason has always been a positive one and I'll certainly be returning

My family needed a new vehicle after hitting a deer a couple weeks ago. I dreaded the process of car shopping, but Brandi worked with us to find a vehicle in a price range we were comfortable with, that also checked all our boxes for a family vehicle. She was accommodating when we had to wait for our insurance payout for the totalled vehicle, and made the whole process painless. We could not be more happy with our new Volkswagen, and will definitely be returning to Paul Brown (and requesting to work with Brandi!) when it's time to go car shopping again.
