They've nice inventories also if you're interested check grand cherokees. You will get good deals guys.Yesterday I picked up Cadillac CTS trust me they've good price.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Paul Brown motors! I purchased my truck from them with a bad engine! I took it back 3 different times before I decided to take it to a reputable mechanic. They diagnosed it with in 20 mins being internal engine damage! I bring the invoice back to the service desk and they try to argue with me about it! Truth is they are not ford dealers and do not know how to fix it… so I take the “Service” manager for a ride because they ask if I can duplicate the noise. They told me over and over they do not hear a noise. After I had my husband take the “manager” for a ride HE AGREED HE COULD HEAR THE NOISE! And tried to say he “can’t identify where it’s coming from”… when just moments before they said they could not hear the sound! Now that sounds even more sketchy! Is it because I’m a woman you thought you could gas light me?! When I walked in the service office they employee were laughing because I was so infuriated! I purchased an extended warranty through them wich costed me $4,556! They even added oil to my engine & said that nothing was wrong (it was clearly down again at least a quart) when I took it to the reputable mechanic they also found it was done 3 quarts short on oil when I just had the oils changed at Paul Brown Motors 2 weeks before. They are now telling me to take if 45 miles away so it’s somebody else’s problem. I asked to speak to terry the owner of the dealership or to be sent to a voice mail they refused to let me speak to him.

Jason was awesome! I hadn't bought a new vehicle in 10 years, Jason was super patient with me and answered all my questions, took the time to explain every detail to me, and got me in a way nicer vehicle than I thought I would be able to get! Once I (finally) made a decision, I was driving away with my new SUV the same day! Everyone I interacted with at Paul Brown Motors was friendly and kind, and I felt comfortable and never pressured to make a decision. As a young woman shopping alone (who knows little about cars), it really meant a lot to me to have someone take their time, share their knowledge and their educated opinion to make sure I was getting something that could last me another 10 years, and that I wasn't overpaying. Thanks again to Jason, Mary, Alicia, and everyone who helped me out!

This was our first experience with Paul Brown Motors. My husband found a truck he liked, and we dealt with Brandi. Honestly Brandi was amazing. We knew what we wanted, and she was with us through the whole process, and even helped us through some issues. She kept good communication, and relayed our concerns. We are so glad we found Paul Brown, and Brandi! Not to mention the financing department went above and beyond to get us where we wanted to be. If you are looking for a car, look no further. Thanks again to Brandi, and Paul Brown staff for getting my husband into the truck he's been looking for.

A few years ago Brandi got me in a Chevy Cruze! She went out of her way to get me a vehicle! A few days ago she did it again! Except this time she got me into a beautiful 2021 Chevy Camaro! At an awesome rate! Thank you Brandi!We absolutely love the Camaro!!!

Bought a vehicle just over a year ago, salesman was amazing. Less than a month after my buying vehicle, the front differential needed replaced. The process for this was long and drawn out on a vehicle less then 30 days from purchase but was finally repaired. Now just over a year from purchase I'm having issues with my vehicle. Matt G. the service manager is doing all he can to speed the process up on submitting a warranty claim but his hands are tied from above him. The warranty company tells me that they are waiting for Paul Brown Motors to release the work to Toyota. Now just a month into this process of trying to get my vehicle fixed my vehicle now needs a NYS inspection which I should get free lifetime inspections on the vehicle and I can't even get this done until they release the vehicles warrant to get fixed. So now I run the risk of driving my only vehicle that I bought just over a year ago that is suppose to be a reliable vehicle that is now an un-inspected vehicle until they can sign off on the warranty so I can get it fixed. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever dealt with. I normally don't leave reviews but I need someone to please help me, my hope is whatever paperwork needs to be signed and filed will be addressed once this is read and that someone else doesn't go through the same, situation. Thank You.

A great car dealership with very good prices. Ask for Lora, she was great and very helpful. As I travelled a couple hours to the dealership and wasn't familiar with the area, she took me on a perfect test drive route with a good mix of town roads, highway, and backroads to get a feel for the Jeep. Awesome experience and worth travelling for.

2022 I go in for an inspection, they tell me I need new rotors to pass inspection, give me a price and I agree. After they already got halfway through I get told the price is going to be almost double (possibly more) because the person behind the desk didn't factor in LABOR when they gave me the price. I had no choice since they already started so I could either pay or let them hold my car hostage. A year later I come in for my inspection. I drove 6,400 miles over the year and they tell me I need new rotors AND tires (2 now have to be done now but 2 can wait) or I can't pass inspection. I agree since I did wait until the last minute for my inspection (looking back, a ticket would have been cheaper). I honestly don't understand how my rotors went bad so incredibly fast unless there is a deformity with the car they never told me about or they put used parts on or messed up installing last year. I was polite but expressed my dissatisfaction when they couldn't explain how my rotors went bad so fast (I don't even drive fast or brake heavily). Since then, after driving less than 100 miles (maybe even less than 50), my ABS, 4WD and traction control lights are going on and off and something feels off with the car when it happens - after they just put on two new tires and fixed my "yearly rotor issues" they seem to find. I have never had an issue with the electrical panel or ever seen those lights lit up or had a single issue with my 4WD (37k miles in). I felt like something didn't add up and I was taken advantage of and said so on my review. They called my 75 year old mother (who was getting dentures that day and under a lot of stress) and upset her on the phone when she said we felt they take advantage of women and they told her we shouldn't come back there.

Very competitive pricing and phenomenal customer service. Jeremy went above and beyond even after my purchase was completed to ensure customer satisfication. I highly recommend this dealership and this will be my first stop the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Worth the 8 hour drive from WV!

Where do I Begin? First off a HUGE shout out to Brandi, Collins and Mr. Chad Green for making this deal work! Super happy! I went to them in May wanting a new Jeep, they couldn't build or find what I wanted. They didn't try and push me in a vehicle, they said wait until we can't get you what you want. They called me about 2 months later and said they could get me exactly what I wanted! I got to build my 2023 Jeep Wrangler with everything I wanted. Bonus, it came in earlier than planned!! Jeremy was great!
