The ladies are quick as they can be with one pharmacist sometimes. In-line waiting has two servers. We get meds for us and pets smoothly. Cheryl specifically talks my diabetic cat Ringo.
BTW, they should not be bothered during a brief half hour lunch. People need to read and abide by the 1:30–2 pm CLOSURE.
Pharmacy works long hours to prepare precise meds!

The people in the pharmacy are absolutely rude and condescending. I avoid going there but sometimes am forced to . The other employees at the cash register and such are very helpful!

They don't have a full pharmacy. Always out of heart and diabetic meds. I finally took action and changed pharmacies. When I did this they lied saying they didn't have my scripts that were sent over 6 hours earlier. What a joke

Was hung up on by Lydia because I asked her name since nobody (for 3 months in a row) can put my rxs out to be delivered as I request thru their pay and go system. This is the 3rd time I've had to call and ask "why am I still getting texts telling me to pick up a med I was supposed to receive days ago". Friday at 3:25pm I requested 2 to 5 day delivery. It is now Wednesday night, and the best they can is tell me to drive with a cripling migraine when i am i able to see, or skip my appt to have my brakes replaced in the morning and not go get my son for our Christmas on Friday so they can NOW put my med in for delivery tomorrow afternoon, which is days late. And doesnt help me with driving in the morning (this problem shoykdnt have happened i did my part on their website!!) The pharmacist, Christian, blamed the post office employees for not picking up the prescriptions (as if, sure man, apparently he never heard Lydia tell me they had no clue it shouldhave been delivered). But the rite aid employee, Lydia, says the system doesn't tell them to when delivery is requested (HA good one!). So I don't know if both are just making excuses or what, (but for the pharmacist to flat out lie and blame the post office is a joke, how can u trust a liar with controlled substances?!?!?!), their not being honest that is for certain, i demand honesty from those who handle my medications. The pharmacists seems to think since I don't under their computer system I have zero reason to be upset.Kind of like all the people who needed their filled prescriptions on Dec 24th and they were closed with zero notice to anyone, Also they were closed the following day on the 25th, so anyone one who desperately needed their medication over the holiday was just screwed.. illegally I might add. I wonder how many people with life saving anti-rejection meds or heart meds nearly died (how many clean addicts had to relapse to make it thru?) or spent their holiday in the ER because rite aid can't doesn't seem to function properly anymore. (Because one employee is sick the entire system doesn't need to shut down for a full day)I've been loyal to this one pharmacy for almost 11years. But the last few months have been shocking at how nonchalantly the employees are just like "I'm sorry your did your job with the pay and go, but we didn't do ours, so this is all we can do for you, sorry that it's so many days late and your crippled with pain, we can't do anything to help you, cuz it's not our fault and proceed to blame the computers or the post office employees."It should be illegal for pharmacy employees to lie to you. It should be illegal for pharmacy employees to withhold your medications from you (cuz they don't do their jobs properly), causing you either intense pain or anguish. It should be illegal for a pharmacy to shut down the day before a federal holiday, with zero notice or warning, leaving patients with zero way to obtain their Rx's for the following 48hrs.All Rite aid pharmacy employees in olean need compassion training and honesty training too. And probably need to learn how to pay better attention to a computer system that it seems like only the pharmacist understand, cuz Lydia sure doesn't know how to tell if something is supposed to be shipped.... maybe it's not packaged for shipping? maybe that's why the post office employees don't pick it up for delivery? ya think? Just a logical guess...

I was there a few days ago . Had to get something much needed . I seen no one working in the store anywhere and stood at the counter waiting for a long time . I'm disabled and can't stand or walk for long .I wasn't able to stand any longer so I went back to the vehicle without getting what I needed to wait for my ride .I then explained what happened when he came out . He went back in and looked around for anyone working so I could go back in to buy what I needed , he found no one .We went to several stores trying to find what I needed but none had what I needed . So we had to go to the mad house Walmart . There people ran into me , blocked isles and so farth . I did get what I needed but with all of what I had to do my knee is now swollen and in a lot if pain so much so I can't walk , put weight on it and now I can't do the things I need to get done

Zero stars. Very incompetent. Prescriptions weren't ready, then when they were ready, they weren't all ready. Had to return to the store and show my ID AGAIN to the same cashier, just 5 minutes later. That's them trying to have power over someone. Time for a call to headquarters.
