Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle, got the truck, told it was ready for inspection, inspection garage finds holes in the frame, evingham blames it on the other garage, brought it back to be fixed five times, worst welds I’ve ever seen and they used JB weld to hide other problems. Showed up one time to pick it up and the gas tank wasn’t hooked up right and it dumped gas until it killed the engine half way out of the parking lot. Again they put all of these problems on me and the other garage.

Would've been 5 at the time of purchase. And I'm willing to change it if I'm just misunderstanding the situation but I bought a vehicle here 3 weeks ago and before I have even made the first payment I'm having a major issue thats left the car almost undriveable. I understand that when purchasing used cars it's always a gamble and that if I had been more responsible in life I could have gotten something newer. I called and this doesn't seem like an urgent issue for them. So now I'm faced with the reality of a possible expensive repair on top of a car payment and increased insurance rates. I've worked in sales. I've sold things that have had problems and felt awful, so I don't think that there are any moral failings at evingham autos. I just got burned by unfortunate luck and hoped they would be able to help me and it doesn't seem like they will. They said they couldn't even look at it for over a week and weren't sure if any of it would be covered. Taking care of a customer won't be the difference between the owner eating and skipping a meal. But an expensive repair on top of the first payment is going to make my budget very tight. It sucks. Like I said I'm willing to change the review if I'm just misunderstanding but that's not how these things usually work.

Bought a car at Evingham’s. The salesman Jim went above and beyond to find me the car that best fit what I wanted and make it fit in my budget. Rob, the mechanic, did everything to make sure that the vehicle was ready to go. Both men were very professional and helpful. I would definitely buy from here again.

Me and the wife had bought a 2017 toyota rav4, and hadn't hinges but the best from it until a motorcycle rider hit the wife head on and to say the least that toyota was a tank. My wife and three kids are fine and we will be going back to them in the future, thanks again for the great friendly service.
