Terrible, they can't even handle Amazon QR code returns. They are flagrantly rude and condescending about it too. Worst customer service ever. The manager was rude in front of young employees. They all learned probably the worst lesson they could learn at their age. I think Staples will eventually go bankrupt with employees like this and UPS should be running from this sinking ship. UPS we need a UPS store in Olean. There is no good option for us here, and there are many reasons to get one opened here, including the fact that Staples is going to go under with employees like that.
