“I got a car here - and what stood out was the service and ownership the owner gave me, because the car turned out to have a few issues but he went above and beyond to fix it. Basically an old neon with tons of miles listed for 3500 I haggled down quite a bit. I was concerned about engine/tranny so I asked if he could give me 3 months warranty on it which he did. I had to register car in PA, which is stricter than NY, turns out a subframe piece was rusted and didn't pass. Dealer took it in, had to take engine partially out, by now his profit gone. 4 weeks later the water pump blew, on this car it's connected to register chain, so he took it back and fixed the pump and replaced regained chain and timed it up and put back together, quite a job. By now he had probably lost on it. My point it he wouldn't had sold it if he knew it was in bad shape, but he really owned up to the sale and fixed everything at no cost to me. Highly recommended seller.”

“Had a very positive experience at Olean Home Depot today. Went to purchase a trimmer/edger. So many choices!! I went to the desk and requested they send a salesperson over. An employee named Sheldon was sent to assist me. This young man was very personable; answered all my questions; explained the features of the models I had narrowed down. He pointed out the savings with purchase of a combination package-trimmer and leaf blower. I decided to purchase that one (Ryobi mfg#095377001). I picked up a collapsible yard waste bag too. Thank you to that young employee named Sheldon who so patiently answered all my questions. Keep up the good work!!”
