I was there today to get a new tire put on and they couldn't figure out what tire I needed. I told them the year, make and model of my vehicle along with the tire size. Then she says What kind of tires do you need? I couldn't help but laugh a little and I said Well I don't know. Then she gets mad and starts having attitude over it. I said I've been here before and got two new tires and everything was good. She tried finding me in the computer to see what tires I needed and couldn't find me. Then she said she would have to order them and it would take up to two days. I decided I needed it done sooner. After I left I wondered why she offered to order the tire if she didn't know what tire I needed. I'll probably go back there because they do a good job but good grief they need someone who knows what they're doing š

I would not take anything to this shop. Back in January I brought my benz in to be fixed. They half fixed it which cost over 3k sent me home still with bad cv and bad struts told me it was fine to drive. Been calling non stop about when parts will be in given the around over and over and over. Cars been broke down on side of street for months unable to drive. Keep being told order is not being shipped and is being cancelled. There is a national shortage on axels. Called my old garage in Boston NY to which I was told both parts are available. So if you wanna get charged a bunch and have a half fixed car for over 9 months go here. Horrible shit service. No follow ups me literally calling non stop trying to find out whats going on. Now I am towing it to Boston to actually be fixed.If I could give 0 stars I would. Its been waiitng for a aprt since january of this year and suposedly you can not get the part but another shop could. Yall suck.

They were wonderful!! I went to 3 different tire shops in the morning and got turned away because they were all ātoo busyā my tire was leaking awful and was unable to make it home a hour away. And they got me right in! They were also busy but got the job done quick! Highly recommend.

Staff is polite and helpful. I needed an alignment and asked for a specific tech to do it, which they said that person would do it and got me right in. I did end up misinformed about a part that needed to be replaced on my car, which they just ended up redoing my alignment because the person i request wasnāt the person who did my alignment, so i was told. so i am giving 3 stars because of the execution process being inconsistent, my rear alignment now isnāt great or where the brackets are supposed to be on the paper i was handed and my car smelt like someone smoked a cigarette in it with the windows up, pretty gnarly.

will say..I just randomly decided to give these guys a try recently when i had to get 2 new back tires & im really glad i did...not because they were the quickest or the cheapest but because they actually seemed to care that the $$$ was an issue for me...gave me some really decent opts and then when by no doing of his own..just the crazy # of walk ins & not much going w/o issue turned my original 'hoped' appt time there of around an. hour to over double that the store manager w/o me saying a single thing was just simply aware of my situation, said he was sorry & giving me $20 OFF my bill & that i actually really appreciated.

It was a long wait for a scheduled appointment but the work quality and staff are at a professional level. I had a 9 am appointment where I said Iād wait for the new tires to be put on. It was 11:20 am by the time it was done. If you canā¦ drop off your vehicle for any work - I didnāt have that option on this particular day.

These people are HONEST and do good work at Fair prices.My daughter was told by the big name guys she needed to spend $1500 on work she Didn't need! We brought her car to valley to do the work, they stopped immediately and said Nothing is wrong!! Thank you!

I went in to have my tire patched due to a nail and was hoping that I wouldn't have to wait around all day for my car to be seen. Gratefully, I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a patched tire. It was a little expensive, $38 for a tire patch, but I'm from out of town and appreciate the efficiency and speed of the repair. They didn't try to upsell me or do any other repairs although my car is older. Service was fast and friendly and I had no issues.
