“Amazing experience today! I wish I knew the persons name who I spoke to! I will find out! I got notification that they were unable to deliver a package due to no access to the front door. Driveway was clear so I didn’t t understand. I called and the gentleman who answered wasn’t sure what had happened, said he knew our property from delivering prior. I inquired about picking up the package and was told the driver with package would be back too late and they would not be open so I could not pick it up but that the person I was speaking with would drop it off if he was there when the driver returned! He did! He personally dropped off my package! It’s a Saturday so I would have had to wait until Monday afternoon and while it’s not emergent it’s something I’ve been anxiously awaiting and cannot tell you how much I appreciate what he did!!! THANK YOU!”

“I called on a Saturday because I left a book of stamps there on Friday, and Katrina was super kind in arranging for me to get them back. I so appreciate her taking the time!!
I will add, though, that the automated menu you get when you call the number they have posted here is really frustrating :/ Makes it difficult to get a direct number.”

“Unbelievable customer service. After dealing with a lifetime of rude New York City postal employees, the Olivebridge branch is a sigh of relief. Conscientious workers who take their jobs and our local neighbor's needs seriously. And they're out there, delivering mail and parcels In the severe ice and snow storms where other local services take a winter break, they're out there on the road. I cant say enough good things about this particular branch of the post office.”
