Well to start things off, I never had trouble when previous owner was in charge. I have had my lock cut off by who knows who and they took a dump in my unit. We also had two trucks and a boat stored in the larger building. When we got them out of storage one of our trucks had the keys stolen in a locked building. That cost us over $ 800.00 to have it reprogrammed for different keys. I am looking for different storage.
