Isiah was wonderful he was very helpful I needed the international plan put on my account and he explained it very well and helped me understand what the best option for me was very happy with the Oneida team

Great service! Lou(?) worked on trying to get my phone working for over an hour. Unfortunately it was not saveable & I had to upgrade.. Lou & Sally(?) both were great to deal with, very helpful & personable.
