The store agent did their best to fix my issues. I WAS NOT ABLE TO SUCCESSFULY USE MY PHONE AP TO MAKE PAYMENTS. Had to try to change my email to my current email . After several attempts I hope it was changed successfully. I had to redo both my password and and pin number. Eventually had to make a new Gmail address so I could make the changes above. When even the ATT agent had trouble with YOUR system only affirmed that your system is too complex for it's own good. I appreciate the efforts to keep things secure, but not so secure that it is protected from the phone owner/user. I, once again , want to state the agent did his best to fix the issue and was quite capable. It was the system which was a royal pain!

Great service! Lou(?) worked on trying to get my phone working for over an hour. Unfortunately it was not saveable & I had to upgrade.. Lou & Sally(?) both were great to deal with, very helpful & personable.

Stopped in the store at the beginning of the week and let me just say Lou and Isaiah were nothing short of professional and patient with me and all of my questions. Beyond happy with the service i received. Wonderful employees and environment. Didn’t feel pressured into buying something I didn’t need or “extras” made me feel cared for and not just another dollar sign! Thank you AT&T Oneida!!

I worked with the manager to fix some payment things with my phone. He was great to work with and made everything clear and understandable. I was able to get a deal on an Apple Watch that I have wanted for a while now. He was very conversational and easy to work with. Overall I had a good experience.

The (alleged) manager tried to strongarm me in to a new phone when he found out I was just out of contract. He grabbed my phone and went through all of my apps, strangely my pictures. He deleted one of my apps, and tried to tell me one of the the 5 star apps that is recommended by the manufacturer was spyware, which after calling AT&T about it, was not any such thing. AT&T sent me to the store for a new SIM card, but the (alleged) manager pushed the nice sales girl who was helping me out of the the way and rifled through everything on my phone, including pictures of my wife, kids and grandkids. Then when I objected, he told me to go to Verizon if I didn't like it. Which is exactly what I have done.
My daughter has also had bad experiences at this store.
The jerk who hijacked my SIM card replacement and tried to force a new phone on me (mine is only 2 years old) should be fired for the way he treats people. He threatened me and told me I was on camera, but he was the angry one. Check your cams and see, owner. Today's date. There are more than enough liars and cheats in this world. The guy tells me that he helps thousands of people a day, but there were three of them sitting around doing nothing at this store, and there is never anyone in the parking lot. This franchise is going to go out of business the way they treat people.

Went in to AT&T in Oneida and talked to Lou Harvey and he is very knowledgeable and personable and honest I will definitely be returning for all my wireless needs in the future.

After trying to switch to another cell provider with much difficulty we went to the AT&T store in Oneida. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. Explained everything, didn't push for for what we did not want. And a Big Shout Out to Jake for his help getting things worked out. Definitely recommend this store for your cell phone needs.

Isaiah was extremely helpful when we switched over to AT&T through a third party. Our phones were mailed to us and the activation and switching data was just too much for me! He took care of all three phones. Smooth!
