“Sammy and his staff saved the day for our family camping trip to Villages at Turning Stone; My daughters Ford Explorer needed a tire after getting a slice in the sidewall and could not take a chance to drive back to Tupper Lake. It was a Saturday after noon and Sammy at Mavis said he would find a tire. He did.. Not only found it but picked it up in another location so I could get back to the campsite and spend time with my family. By 5 o'clock his staff worked to get the tire on the car so she could be safely on the road Sunday morning. Business people like Sammy and his staff need to be recognized for their extra effort and caring about someone else and go the extra distance to help us out. If I lived in that area I would without a doubt give them my business anytime I could. Thanks to the staff at Mavis in Oneida for stepping up and helping our family solve our problem. “Tom is very personable and has a great personality he listened to the details and took care of my Tesla Model 3. New upper control arms in the front took care of some noises, and put a new half shaft in the rear for some clicking noises. Mounted and balanced 4 new snow tires. The Model 3 is running smooth and quiet. Prices are reasonable and they are very quick with great quality. It takes quite a bit to impress me but Tom truly does know his cars! “I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN. I CALLED FRIDAY NIGHT LATE TO C HOW IT WAS GOING SPOKE WITH HOLLY JOHNSON AND SHE WENT OUT TO TALK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT THAT IT WOULD B A FEW MORE DAYS, BUT SHE SURED ME THAT THE RENTAL WAS COVERED BY WARRENTY AND TO DRIVE IT FOR THE WEEKEND. I HAD TO STOP BY SAT. TO GET SOMETHING I FORGOT OUT OF THE CAR AND SHE HELPED ME OUT. NYE TOYOTA CAME THROUGH FOR ME, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO JACOB THE MAN WITH THE WRENCH! “Light came on that looked like a battery, stopped at silver city tire and they tested for bad alternator and it was fine but the battery was just about done ,they fit me in right away and I was only there a half an hour not to mention the manager was super polite ,and friendly, and helpful, great place to go for all vehicle needs, thank you silver city tire!”

Fantastic craftsmanship!I have had 2 vehicle windows tinted there as well and great tints that don't turn purple or bubble over the years! Mustang hatchback 5% was one and still black as reviews were not a thing back then.Well worth the wait for my seat, picked it up wrapped in plastic by them as well.Definitely recommend”

“I have gone to monro for a while now for oil changes. This the 3rd time my car has leaked out all the oil from my car. The 1st time I was compensated with 3 free oil changes in which it happened again. When I call to make the appointment I always tell them that it needs a new oil plug gasket and they tell me ok. And it has now happened again. One of these times it will cost me a motor. So done with these people and have finally learned my lesson and will not take my vehicle there again. EVER!!!”
