I have been banking with Chase for a little over a year now. I’ve hardly had issues when it comes to depositing funds in my account. I’ve deposited thousands of dollars at a time and the funds were always available within 48 hours. I recently deposited a few thousand dollars into my account and Chase placed a hold on my money. When I asked why they said they needed a verification from the issuing bank and the issuer of the check. Which both the bank issuer and the issuer verified the check, Chase, decided that this wasn’t good enough and that the money I deposited was suspicious enough for them to request another electronic verification which I am assured by the issuing bank they have sent already. Chase refuses to release my funds and I am now facing multiple issues because of it. The persona I spoke with said that the issuing bank needed a verification but upon further investigation I found that CHASE requested the verification and not the other way around. The funds have already been paid, so why are they not being made available. Furthermore I still have multiple checks coming from the same issuer that I need to deposit and now I’m not sure if that’s the best option because CHASE believes that they’re bogus checks and will hold the money for another 2 weeks. They said 7 business days but it’s literally 2 weeks from the day of deposit til the day they will release the funds. I have NEVER had to deal with an issue like this before ever, with any bank let alone an international chain. Horrible. I will be closing my account with chase and never banking with them again due to this issue.

The drive-through always takes 25 minutes whether there's four cars in the middle of the road or not it's like they do it on purpose cuz they don't want to do it usually nobody inside and four people working but the drive-thru takes forever

Hours are terrible...why would you be closed on a Saturday morning. It's ridiculous... seriously considering leaving chase all together!

Won’t take a cash deposit! Explanation given…”We have no way of knowing if that person wants you to deposit cash into their account”.

i will never bank with chase bank again. the froze my account for 180 days and then closed my account with over a thousand dollars in it. they said it was protocol to send me a check. here it is.. a year later and zero check ever came

This branch is excellent. Not only is it clean, well done, and easy to get to… The staff went out of their way to make sure that my transaction was done smoothly. If you need to conduct business in the area, this is the spot.

Rude teller. System is down so no way to withdraw savings. Its horrible when you cant get your own money out of the bank.

Slow service. I had to physically come into the branch as I had not used my funded checking account in a while, so had to drive in to receive funds from a 3rd party using the sub-par mobile app called Zelle. Then had to wait and waitmore, finally deal with less than competent banking staff. Avoid. Oh yeah, they won't let you use the restroom either.
