I started at Garage Gym 3 months ago because I was out of shape and worried about it affecting my health at age 55. I’m training with Brice and Bob and feel so much better. My back pain and muscle cramps keep getting better as I get stronger. I’ve been to big gyms and had mediocre experiences. Bob and Brice have created an individualized program that has been very effective for me without having a lot of any pain after my workouts. They share not only their knowledge of the exercises but also the why’s, how’s and nutritional advice. I am loving my experience and results so far.

Garage Gym OneidaI started training under Bob in January of this year, and it's been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m a mom of 2 and came in complaining about back pain and overall weakness. Bob understand my needs and helped me on improving my health. I’ve grown physically stronger since. I can feel/see muscles on my arms and legs. In just 7 months, I’ve become stronger than I ever have in my whole life. Everything Bob taught me has been so beneficial to my everyday life. Bob is God-sent. He’s very knowledgeable about all things fitness and is ready to answer any questions with great detail. I loved training with him. I was never was judged or degraded. Seriously my experience with Bob and Garage gym has been fantastic. I highly recommend Garage gym to anyone who is looking to get stronger, healthier and is looking to live an overall healthy long life.

I seriously love this gym a lot I’m feeling amazing everyday got energy and just loving life more than before. These guys are legit and care about you not about the money they care about your physical health and they also make goals with you to achieve where you want to be in life I appreciate all the help thank you Robert and brad #GarageGymOneida

Great atmosphere, trainers do a good job of customizing workouts to get the most improvement in conditioning, strength and mobility.

I could go on and on about how amazing this gym is. Hands down the BEST gym I’ve ever been to it’s such a welcoming place the staff and everyone else have amazing positive supportive attitudes.

Love this gym and all the trainers, especially Joyce and Jordan who I have worked with the most! Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with well trained and helpful staff. I have never belonged to a gym that I have enjoyed more! Feels like a family!�

Great community vibe! Trainers are super at identifying limitations and designing programs to intelligently move you toward your goals. Highly recommend checking them out. Not your typical globo gym/box.

Jordan and Bob are great trainers and knowledgeable with how the muscle groups all compliment each other for complete body wellness. I was suffering from lower back pain when i joined the gym and they built a routine for me that worked all muscles assciated with back pain. My lower back pain is better and i have gained more mobility and strength with my lower body muscles and excercises.

A fantastic gym with a great staff of trainers who put your needs and goals first. They are extremely supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend.
