I had a great experience at Harbor Freight thanks to the store manager. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear she takes pride in running a well-organized store and making sure customers are taken care of. The staff was welcoming, the store was clean and easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I needed at a great price. This location is lucky to have such a dedicated manager. I’ll definitely be back!

Horrible customer service by store manager!!
Went into the store to do some Christmas shopping. My husband picked up a tool that was in an open box and it spilled onto the floor making a loud noise. He picked it back up and found another tool that was not opened. We finished our shopping and went to check out. The store manager was up front at the check out and when the cashier scanned the tool, the store manager swapped it out with the tool that’s box opened all over the floor. She taped the box shut. I said to her, what are you doing and she said well this is the one that you opened back there and that’s the one you’re getting. I said no, we didn’t open that box it was opened. She rolled her eyes at us and said sure. We proceeded to tell them to keep everything and left the store. This is horrible customer service, I will be telling everyone I know not to shop at harbor freight.

Shopping the store with family and went to look at an angle grinder on sale. As I pulled it off the shelf down low, the box was opened and everything fell out onto the ground. Despite it not being my fault it fell to the ground, I picked everything back up and set it on the shelf so that it was obvious the box was opened. I grabbed a brand new one and took a look at it to decide if I wanted to purchase and then to find out what accessories I needed to go with it.
When we got to the checkout, the store manager or that is what her tag said was behind the cashier and said to give us the one we opened and had taped it up. When we explained that it was opened and fell out and she was lucky we even picked it up, she rolled her eyes and said sure. They kept everything we had gone there to buy and lost out on the 1800 generator I was going to buy this weekend.
Go look at the cameras and verify your facts before you accuse a customer of something! Will never buy from Harbor Freight unless that person is fired and I get an apology from corporate.
