Plenty of brands, variations, and price points at this store. The salesman, Randy, is excellent. Answered every question. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Disinterested in upselling and encouraged us to take our time and explore the studio space so to speak. Very happy with our purchase.

No nonsense, professional, good demeanor, and product knowledge. That's how I rate Jeffery's bearing during my visit to the Oneida store. I came in on Thurs, June 29. Jeff greeted me. I quickly explained what I wanted in a mattress and within 40 minutes, I left with a new queen bed.Wife and I set it up, slept on it last night and woke up refreshed.Can't ask for more. Pleased with product, pleased with purchasing experience. Thanks Jeffrey.

Came in to get a box spring for our bed and Roger was just fantastic. He listened and gave advice on options and I’ve never been happier with the decision we made. 10/10 would recommend

Randy helped us pick out the best mattress for us. He was very professional and struck the perfect balance between answering all our questions and letting us have all the time we needed to try out the mattresses on our own. He was very knowledgeable about each mattress at the store and was not pushy at all about going outside our price range.
