Had a five pm appt for two. One of us got taken st 5:40. The other at 6. Communication sparse at best. No compensation offered for long wait time. No apology. Will not return.

This is the second time my daughter and I have been here since the new owners took over and I am so impressed with the quality of service and the attention to detail. We have not felt rushed each time we have been in the chairs for pedicures from start to finish has taken over an hour. We will be continue to frequent

$55 for a full set with gel is a little ridiculous. There’s too many nail salons in the area to go to the most expensive one. Went to Oneida nail spa and had a full set/gel and toe paint a month earlier and it was only$60! Get over yourself lady. Never again will I return

I had an amazing experience with Cindy, the new owner, her nail work is absolutely beautiful! She’s incredibly patient and takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. My set lasted over 2 months without lifting or chipping, which is the longest any nails have ever lasted for me. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for long-lasting, flawless nails! She is literally in charged of all my nails. Everyone come check it out! It’s definitely worth it😍❤️

I had a great time here today! Helen did an amazing job with my french manicure! My nails look stunning! She was so meticulous and took the time to make sure everything looked amazing! I definitely recommend requesting Helen for your next manicure!

Full set in 30 minutes, worst set of nails I have ever gotten! Now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed! UNREAL! Don’t believe me…go look at the pics I added!

First of all the gentleman doing my nails had his eyes closed and snored the entire time. Strangest experience ever. I left with gel polish all over my fingertips. So of course everything started to peel. Less than 24 hours I have entire gel polish that peeled completely off of 2 nails. Never saw any disinfectant when using cuticle clippers or files. Do not recommend.

Very kind and welcoming, and they had availability to squeeze us in. However, the cuticle trim on the pedicure was extremely painful, with some cuticle trimming extending well past where it should have, causing bleeding and pain. Polish job was excellent. Not sure if I’ll give them another chance because of the cuticle trimming

I was disappointed when I asked if they would fix my nails since they were to short. I know the owner asked me when he was doing them what length I wanted them. I didn’t realize how short and uneven they were until I was done. I did call and give them the opportunity to make a customer satisfied.. Instead he said it would be another $45. I’m not one to write a review. I just felt I was not valued as a customer. To keep a customer you listen to their concerns and fix it.
