Love this place. Stopped in one day just to see what they had. Purchased a few items and am now a regular customer. I even pick up items for family in Syracuse. Best place I have found. Great people and very knowledgeable.

Last time I was there, a random woman was behind the counter. Couldn't be bothered to get up off her cellphone.Didn't know she was even behind the counter until I loudly asked if anyone was there.The entire time, she kept telling me about what she has in "her store" and how much cheaper it was. Which is weird that y'all would have the competition behind your counter.Other than that, good selection, reasonable prices.Currently 1pm on a Monday. Doors are locked. No one is inside. Not sure why you're closed.... But there's no note or anything on the doors.

I like the products, but a little disappointed that the last two times we have gone in, the man behind the counter is talking on his Bluetooth constantly. It's hard to ask questions because it feels like an inconvenience. Otherwise everything is great.

It's 11 a.m. on a Sunday. I've been there twice and it is still closed. Get more reliable people to open the doors.You say that you are open every day at 9 but that's a lie. I was there four different times today from 10 till noon and nobody was there. There were no signs on the door and according to Google maps it said you were open. I had to go to a different store to get my vapes. You have just lost a very loyal customer.

I went today ~3:45pm. All the open signs were on but the doors were locked. I saw multiple other people try too with no luck.

This is the 3rd time in the past 3 weeks I have gone and all the signs were on but the doors were locked. I’ve been coming since they opened and now I can’t get anything because they are never open.

Very disappointed I usually go all the time for my smoking needs but I suggested my friend goes because she was in need of a Vape pen and the person who was there tried to sell the pen for 30$!! And I bought the same one for 9.99! Very disgraceful to be taking advantage of new customers like that . will not be going back there again!

Stopped by the shop the other day, the young lady behind the counter very smart and beautiful! She knew about every product answered all my questions and suggested great products to me. All in all I loved the products she recommended. Best service!!!

Lora was very knowledgeable and helpful. Traveled down from upstate for the casino and stopped in. She was very detailed on everything I asked and needed. I recommend this smoke shop for anyone searching for quality smoke products and great customer care.

Supposed to open at 9am but worker(s) come in 30 minutes to an hour late regularly. Seems to be a good store though and they do have a wide variety of items.
