I’m so upset with my experience with passion nails. I went and had a mani pedi and at the time I could t tell that my nails were really bumpy and streaky. Roi can see through the Polish. The Polish was just about empty when she was doing them, so instead of changing colors she finished it. It was $78 and I was upset how bad they looked. I called this morning and asked if they could be fixed. They said yes no problem come in today after you get out of work. I went straight there from Rome and he told me your nail tech isn’t here come back tomorrow. I asked can someone else do them? He said yes but she isn’t here and she needs to see them. Come back tomorrow. I’m upset that I paid $78 and my nail look awful and I drove from Rome to Oneida for nothing. It’s hard to see in the picture jeit how bad they are. Never again.

First time here. They got me in same day for a mani/ pedi. Full set with very special designs/ gems. (See pics of what I asked for versus what I got.) She upsold me on the pedicure. It was $55. Then told me it was an additional $5 to have the skin shaved. Since when is that not part of a luxury $55 pedicure????? She left the acetone on my fingers for an hour and a half while she finished the pedi. I had to ask her to take it off because it was making my fingers numb. Then I asked how much for my special tips and was told “I don’t know.” They were in a rush and closed 2 hours early because they were all going to some party. He absolutely rushed my service. I asked for lots of gems. I was given ONE gem. Then at checkout he said it was $156. That means the manicure cost $96!!!!!!! The owner tried to argue with him and say he was over charging me. He tried to give me $20 back. Then my nail tech argued with him and kept it. Someone tell me how this shady place is still in business?????????

Oh my goodness, I don’t know where to start! I have been going to Passion Nails for 2 years now. The team has always been kind, understanding, patient, and fun towards not just me but my mother, grandmother, my grandmother's friends, my friends, and anyone else who walks through the door!
I recommend Passion Nails to everyone!

I love this nail salon the atmosphere is welcoming the owners are amazing!!! I am never disappointed with my nails or the service in general. If you are looking for a nail salon they are definitely worth it everyone I know goes here and we all have different nail styles and everyone leaves happy.

Bait-and-Switch & Rude Service!
Quoted one price for a regular manicure and pedicure, but once I sat down, they suddenly raised the price. I refused and I decided to cancel my service and walk out. I tried to pay for the polish removal, which was the only thing they did, but the owner tried to charge me for a full pedicure I never received. I called the police, who said they’ve had many complaints about this salon. Dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Get prices in writing or avoid this place!

I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure on Wednesday. Thursday morning I noticed the polish had bubbled on two of my fingers and my toenail. I went back to the salon after work Thursday. They were very apologetic and re-painted all of my fingernails, corrected the big toe. I will definitely go back.

Never ever go this place.Main owner is rude n don’t know how to talk with customers.Most of the employees are without license n training.They reuse so many stuffs like flip flops n toe separater without sanitised.If u get any infection while doing pedicures n nails don’t hesitate to complain Newyork state board immediately for securing yourself.

I had my nails done for a special occasion. I had them on two weeks to the day. 4 out of 5 nails on one hand has Pseudomonas infection. One nail it is extremely dark. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Over priced for the quality. Maybe it would have been better if Austin did them but unfortunately I got stuck with some other guy who did mine and two other peoples nails at the same time, using the same files on all 3 of us. It was like musical chairs. A wild experience that I do NOT recommend this place.
