Every time I go to the pharmacy they are wonderful. Except for one gentleman pharmacist who never says hello thank you or have a nice day. I actually said to him Hi how are you today? And he said , fine without looking at me. He also handed me my bag without saying a word. I Said to him , thank you and have a nice day He needs to learn customer service and have respect for his customers. Next time ( if it happens again it will be the third time he has lacked customer service skills with me) I will put his name here. This is the second time he has lacked polite customer service skills. People should be treated with respect!

Decent grocery story with a huge selection but the prices are honestly worse than Walmart and many other stores. It's less hectic so that's a plus though.

Not my usual pharmacy thankfully, but I had to have something sent here from urgent care. Took them much longer than they said for my medication to be ready, and a technician was rude to me. It felt like she was making fun of me.

My doctor's office in Munsville sent in a prescription just before I left to return to Oneida. I called to let them know I was on my way and asked when it would be ready. Patrick put a rush on it and had it ready when I got there 20 minutes later. I really appreciate not having to wait or come back the next day. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They take good care of me!

I had a prescription that was going to cost 120 dollars with insurance. When I got there they noticed how much it was and the pharmacist said to try and see how much it would cost without insurance l. $20! I have no idea how the American medical system works but they saved me $100 in a single day. They could have just let me pay the money but I am so thankful they care.

UPDATE....WENT BACK TO GET A REFUND AND THE GUY AT THE COURTESY DESK LITERALLY TOLD ME AND I QUOTE...."I DON'T CARE." WHEN I TOLD HIM WHY WE WERE RETURNING THE DISGUSTING FRIED CHICKEN. WOW JUST WOW I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS STORE!
Just bought fried chicken from their deli and it was disgusting! It tastes like it was put in the same fryer as their fish! Gross. Apparently no one cares tried calling the store and no one would pick up!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRICE CHOPPER AT ALL, I GIVE THEM 1 STAR AND THAT IS BEING GENEROUS!

Why does the store manager get a bonus for not having enough help, taking away their help hours, and making customers suffer so he or she can make more money, Like our time and our families are nothing to this store? I used to love to go shopping at Price chopper not anymore, it's your worse nightmare. There isn't enough help. So instead of lining your pockets hire help or keep your help and give them back the hours they had. Good luck Kathy
