I work for Instacart and shopped here. When checking out I present a barcode for the customer's shopper card. This did not work, as the store had revised its system. The store needed the customer's phone number to lookup their card, the customer could not be reached. I asked, but was informed by the store manager they would not scan a store card for Instacart. I was on hold with Instacart support for over 10 minutes. The customer had cold items in their order, I was forced to use my phone number for the sale prices, which I assume is against Instacart policy. I can not believe a store would dock it's customers like that. Save your money, do not order from this place

2 cashiers in the entire store and the self checkout is flooded with people using full carts, either hire more cashiers or build more self checkouts, I’ll do my shopping at the Grand Union in Sherrill from now on, at least I don’t have to wait 20 minutes to buy 2 items there.

2 registers open at 530pm on a Friday. Employees were very obviously miserable and made no effort to hide it. 20 minutes in line. Insane.

One cashier that wasn’t 20 or under express. I am number 8 in line. We were lined up across the empty cash registers (that weren’t open) and they made us move to a straight line down the aisle. We were blocking an entire aisle of groceries as people were trying to shop. There are 9 people behind me. Do better!

Ever since they put about 8 compost bins behind the store, the whole store stinks like garbage! I have had to switch where I grocery shop because it is so unappetizing.
