The store in Oneida did a great job. My pump broke and they got me a new one with everything I needed and explained everything I needed to know. Thanks to them, I was up and running in no time.

Tarson Pools in Oneida deserves a gold metal after dealing with my pool. I bought my house in November, pulled out an entire Oak tree worth of leaves in the spring and worked with the Tarson team to get my pool up and running. Karen and her team of boys were so incredible with the whole process. I had gone into that store at least once a week to have water tested, buy chemicals, use the robot vacuum, get advice & purchase a new filter. I even went there 4 times in one day (to figure out the filter/pump situation) I ended up bringing everything but the pool in my car for Karen to investigate!! Karen pulled out all the stops for me & now I have a beautifully clear blue pool I can enjoy the rest of the summer. I am beyond grateful for the friendly smiles, the helpful answers & this incredible team!!

My mother goes to Tarson for all of her pool needs and always raves about the lady that works at the desk. So we decided to go here and check it out because we were in the market for a new pool. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The salesman who helped us was super nice and patient. He showed us options and went over everything thoroughly. They actually care about the customer and that's hard to find nowadays!
