I have been using the Oneida office for almost 40 years and never had a problem with the service. I have almost sent almost every type of mail from local to international in boxes, bags, regular envelopes. The clerks have always been pleasant, helpful and professional. I am surprised be read so many bad reviews.

I have been waiting on a package I ordered on the 29th of December. It was estimated to be delivered today, January 3rd, before 8p.m. I recently found that the USPS has put the most current delivery status as "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible." Mind you, I had received a package not even an hour before receiving that message with a package on the WRONG DOORSTEP. My door is the only back door with a porch and with that instruction being given, there was still no success to a satisfactory delivery. There is nothing blocking my driveway and the snow is not even an inch on the ground. Where is my package?

This Post Office has no self-serve kiosk area for after hours stamp purchase and does not even have hours of operation posted on the door.
