Service is usually less than desirable but never had any issues other than that. Most employees are helpful. Some are downright snotty. Short of that, it could be worse I suppose.

Auto service center requires an appointment for an oil change. My Walmart in Morgantown PA never required that. I could get my oil change done in the 30 min it to to shop there.
