“So, I'm pretty apprehensive around auto body shops, but my bumper was slammed into twice in two days, and needed to go. After going to several places, I end up at One Stop, and what catches me is the owner Frank, who is ridiculously on top of things, cause I have zero insight on what to do, he knows exactly what's needed, and has a plan, which everywhere else made it feel like I was bothering them. Frank took care of everything with insurance too. But let me tell you, I just pick my car up and I cannot believe how brand new it looks!! I wasn't expecting much but I was creepy and asked their names, and Kaden and Rob get special shout outs!! My car looks like the day I bought it. I'm still in shock, and it all ended up coming in under the estimate. Who is that honest, apparently Frank. I'm so thankful for everyone! Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if I ever do, I'm bringing my car back to you guys. 1000000/10”

“I recently had car trouble while visiting Oneonta and looked up a mechanic to bring the car to for a quick check. I chose Thetford's because of the positive reviews and because they were "open" 24 hours/day. When I called, they were courteous and available so I took my care there. They fixed a minor problem and discovered a much bigger problem that made my car unsafe to drive. Ryan and Brian really took care of me, explained and showed me the issue and made suggestions of what to do to get the car home. The next day I realized it was too risky to make the 3.5 hour drive home so I called and decided to have them flatbed the car all the way home. My daughter and I drove in the cab with Ryan who was not only a true professional but also a pleasant riding companion! I cannot say enough good things about this business and Ryan and Brian who helped me get home safely. Any parents of Oneonta students experiencing car trouble and looking for a local mechanic, look no further!”
“Someone backed into the back of my car while I am here in Oneonta for college and I was pretty skeptical of all the body shops around the here since i am not familiar with the area! I brought my car to Burrs Body Shop to get my bumper painted and completely replaced and i could not be happier with my experience! Brett the owner got my bumper ordered, painted and put onto my car in less than two weeks. I was only without my car for two days! He gave me his personal phone number to text about updates etc. and made me feel comfortable with the whole process! I was given a very affordable price for the work that needed to be done. When I picked up my car he reassured me that if i had any problems with my car that I could always come back! Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs work done! Thank you!”
“I visited the establishment and crisis needing a replacement water pump a lot of the prices are fair and reasonable for important items and I ended up having to cancel $150 worth of a transaction I received kind and polite service even though I ended up being mostly a refund and only using some of the parts I appreciate these people and I recommend them highly”
“I am from out of state so this was my 1st visit to Royal. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Staff was very freindly and professional. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. I was in and out in about 55 minutes.

“Very detail oriented. They have a specialist go over your driving experience after you have had the car. They are friendly and the dealership is well organized. The sales staff interacts with the service department and they give you a tour. You walk in, sign a few things and hand you the key fob. Salesman George Wells was very prepared and professional.”
