I was shocked and pleased of how quick they are along with the price, it was cheaper than any other place I have gone for an oil change. They were also kind enough to give me information and prices on tires for the near future. This will forever be my go to place for car services!”

“I took my truck to Nate with a misfire and antifreeze loss. He evaluated the problems and found blown intake gasket and failed coil pack. He even gave an honest assessment that the intake gasket was NOT worth repairing due to multiple other issues he found. He fixed the coil pack so I could nurse it along while searching for another vehicle. Love the honesty and highly recommend Nate's Tire and Auto for all your service needs.”

“Rented a U-Haul from here. we wanted an 18 footer but the website said they only had a 15 footer so we booked it. Got to the place & it turns out they had a 16 footer. Yay. the lady working on Saturday April 2nd was the nicest lady. She was very smiley & highly talkative & knowledgeable.”

Now that the reins are being passed to Trey, I'm glad to report that the level and quality of service has stayed consistent, something that (in my experience) is rare.Trey is a knowledgeable and affable owner to work with, Al brings a wealth of experience, and Dave - well, who can say enough about Dave? (I've known Dave for decades, and his work is always top notch).All kidding aside, this is the service center to bring your vehicle to. They are very fair, very friendly, and very knowledgeable (not necessarily in any particular order).If you want a personal experience with excellent results, you don't need to look any further.I would be equally comfortable bringing my 20 year old beater or my brand new daily driver here - I know that the service, recommendations, and attention to detail will be the same for either vehicle (tempered to that vehicle, of course - you're not going to hear about how a new suspension would greatly benefit your car that has one tire in the grave here).”

“On my way home from Elmira NY to Watervliet NY about a 3hr drive. My van broke down on a Sunday. By stroke of luck or a blessing from above I was able to make it to this garage that I Googled closest to me. I left a note with my key fab and prayed for the best. Monday morning I reach out. He tells me he's pretty busy today but will try his best to work it in. By the end ofbthe day he called me and diagnosed the problem. Finished up the very next morning by 10am. He was very thorough, and broke everything down for me. I was expecting a huge bill and ended up being less than what he originally quoted me. I was extremely happy with his customer service, timely work, and how thorough he was. I don't live in Morris but if I did, this garage would be where I took my vehicles. Thank you Morris Garage for squeezing me in and getting me omw!”
“I am from out of state so this was my 1st visit to Royal. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Staff was very freindly and professional. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. I was in and out in about 55 minutes.

“Matt & Kyle are amazing mechanics. I went there for rear brakes and an alignment, they noticed when they drove it in, I also needed rear bearings. Though a mechanic had just quit because he was denied a raise. It took longer than usual. These guys are well over worked and all deserve a raise.
These guys should all be making top dollar, working 7-7, 6 days a week. I hope they are still there when I bring my other cars there.
I first brought the car to McCarthy tire Which they hadn't no idea what the problem was. Matt & Kyle are very professional, top notch mechanics and so was the guy that quit. All very nice and understandable. They are extremely honest and trust worthy, it would be a shame to loose them. They need more mechanics, u have to wait longer then usual because the shortage of help.”
