Yea sure they are all nice and friendly when you want their services but i wouldn't go to them for anything!!! i had them install a back-up camera into my Radio system and from day one,2 of my station's does not come in clear its all static and then couple weeks later my system started switching from the radio to AUX1 non stop all the time i will shut the radio off and it will turn right back on and switch back and forth it gets annoying i own my 2016 dodge Journey for a year before i decided to get the back-up camera and i NEVER had any problems with my system until i got the camera installed i didnt pay 376.00 to have that happening so i tryed texting them more then a few times about this issue but they WON'T respond back i also used a different phone and acted like i am Interested in getting a remote start install for a jeep they respond back to that so i shoot a text about my issue again just a few seconds apart they responded back to the jeep but once again ignored my message so then my friend discide to call up there had to leave a message she did call back and told my friend she will call her back tomorrow after her vet appointment of course no call back,my friend call the next day and left another message still no call back from them...they dont even have decency to get back to you!!!

I had my windows tinted for years from another company without a problem. After NYS inspection laws changed, I had to have them peeled and re-tinted, so I chose AutoTech Mobile. A year later the tint on my driver’s front window started peeling. I contacted AutoTech and was told it must be something in my door catching it, (strange that never happened before), and was told I’d have to pay to have it re-done. Just had my 2017 Rocky Ridge edition black Tacoma detailed by AutoTech and I have to say it looked better than new! Seriously. It was worth every penny. I will be contacting them in the fall to have a remote starter installed as well. If you value your vehicle and want it to look it's best, make an appointment with this shop. You will not be disappointed.

when they installed a remote starter in my Chevy Malibu it worked for a little bit and then stopped. AutoTech Mobile worked on my car for multiple hours on the phone with compustar until they had it fixed. I would highly recommend these guys for all of your car needs.

Small place, a little tricky to find, but the people are incredibly friendly and depending on what your needs are, you can schedule a same-day appointment. If I ever need my car detailed or if I decide to get a remote starter, this will be the place I go. If you aren't sure how to find the place, just give the number a call and they will gladly direct you!
