“Luke L is the man. Have a trip to Cooperstown All-Star Village this week. I'm staying in the bunkhouse with the team so I booked a one-day rental from Boston into Oneonta driving the other coach and 3 teammates. Tried to book the return one-day rental back to Boston but there was no inventory online. The only option was a 3-day rental which was would add considerable expense to an already expensive week or I would've had to Uber to Utica and hop on a train which all would have been more expensive than a rental. Luke listened to my situation, understood the bind I was in, and was eager to assist in modifying my reservation. I'm sure the staff is swamped with All-Star Village reservations, but he never appeared annoyed or inconvenienced by my request. This took a huge stress of my plate and got my trip off to a great start. Thank you, Luke!”
