Not happy with the place. I bought a mower. It took me over 2 years to get it. I know how to upgrade to get a mower a bigger one than what I wanted. I did not recommend the place. Very bad customer service

We were there when it was closed, so I can't give a customer service review or price evaluation. I can say they have a big selection, and across the driveway, they have used equipment. We ended up buying a zero turn lawn mower from Mr.Jenner across from Tractor Supply .

You really need to work on your customer service. I came in looking to purchase a lawnmower or tractor was treated very rudely by the sales person customer service is important. I would work on it.

I dropped off ours small family mower for a pin and a pulley approximately a month and a half ago. When i dropped it off they said they’d call with an estimate before they did anything. Two weeks went by... no call. I called there at least 5 times to check on the status during this time and they kept saying someone would call.... finally nobody returned my call about an update. After several days of phone tag, I finally decided to call before I just went in to ask at which point they said it had been done for a day or two now. Now it’s pick up day - no one working at the dealership is wearing a mask.... The mower doesn’t start as it’s been sitting outside and probably needs a new battery (which it may have needed anyway). That being said you think you would make sure it starts before the customer arrived since it took a month and a half for a seemingly simple fix? We will not be back here, we should have listened to our friends who warned us about the quality of service from this location.
