Normally CITGO is considered Top Tier, and you can tell by the green top tier stickers. This means the gas has additional engine cleaners to minimize the carbon.
This CITGO does not have the top tier sticker, so if you are looking for top tier, the other CITGO has it, as does Valero.

I went there For a car expansion They were very busy, even though that they were busy they still had time for me And kept me up todate about how things were running Even tho My phone wasn’t working so she gave me a text letting me know that my car was done , Even for a small business they did good job keeping up with the hard work And will recommend them to others :)

Would give them ZERO stars if possible. They think it's funny to scream at people riding their bicycles, which puts the bicyclist(s) and any motorists and pedestrians nearby at risk. Then the white male scum bag gas station attendant thinks it's cute to lie about it when confronted. Your store should be immediately shut down if this is how you treat people, especially the locals.
