Went and had to get a new phone and it's worst than my phone I had for five years, feel I got took because I'm older and not phone smart. Have been told I got took they sold me the phones that were when they give you the deals in a cheaper price so up set right now. Thinking of switching to Walmart over the counter phone. What's worse had to make to trips and had to pay a suspended fee that was because of the manager there made a mistake.WTH

Was in today asking questions and wanted to know one simple question and the lady in there was very rude and repeated herself like 50 times. Yes I heard you the first 2 times. She's very rude then the dude in there was guarding the door after I left because it looked like she was scared when I bluntly told her I heard her the first 59 times. She was nasty and rude as I'm asking a question sorry if she was having a bad day but no need to be rude to customers. Never stepping foot in that place again I'll go to Binghamton instead or call customer service as your get treated better

Went in wanting to become a cricket customer but the female was about as helpful as a wet noodle and very condescending. I realize I am not very technologically astute but you could just get she didn’t appreciate that, so I left.
