Everyone was great! They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and went above and beyond. Very happy to be part of the Subaru family!

Five star Subaru came highly recommended and now I see why. Great dealer service, friendly, kind, patient and they were able to get insurance, credit financing, registration and inspection all done within a very short time. Thank you for being a part of my answered prayers.?

Although I had no appointment, they managed to fit me in to have my snow tires put on. I am greatly appreciative. And the cost was very reasonable, to boot.

My check engine light came on, within 20 minutes Five Star Subaru called me to check on me. A few days later my car is fixed and washed. Love them! They make you feel like a priority and are pretty fast at fixing issues, especially considering how busy they are. I'm very happy I bought a Subaru from them.

Been going to 5 star for probably 7 or so years now. Never had any issues, can usually get you in pretty quickly for what I think is a fair price. Haven’t once had an issue with any of the work they’ve done, their technicians definitely seem to be competent as far as I can tell. I trust them that they’re not up charging me and and looking for work that doesn’t need to be done. The obvious choice if you own a Subaru, I’ve brought my Chevy to them a few times even.

This is my fourth Subaru Outback that I have owned and have had serviced here.Beginning in 2005, the first time I needed serious work on my first Outback, and had the occasion to work with Justin, the service manager, I have had completely trust in him and never trusted anyone else to give me advice or to take care of my cars in the same way as I have with him. Over the years he has provided excellent, thorough and professional service.Justin has always been able to answer every question that I have had in detail so that I understand what's going on, and he's always given me excellent advice.(Including when I was getting ready to get another car this year, he was able to advise which year would be best for me, within the budget.)Dealerships can generally charge you money, here and there, for every little thing whether you really need it or not, but Justin specializes in making sure that you understand how important it is to keep your car in perfect condition to maintain safety and provides excellent care so that your car is in tip top shape.Even though I now live approximately 90 Mi away, (and have about five dealerships circling the perimeter of where I live,) I still try to arrange my service appointments whenever I'm going to be in that area so that I can have my work done with Justin at Five Star Subaru. The relationship of trust I have developedwith Justin, and the standard of care that I get here, is 100% excellent. Very Highly recommended!

I would never rate any business establishment based on one visit so rest assured this rating comes from many at Five Star Subaru. A rating like this is only possible because of staff. In that regard, Five Star seems to have culled the best of the crop. Tom F was our Service Manager and we couldn't be happier. Thank you all!

Five stars for Five Star Subaru. We have been customers since 2012 and brought my mother's car in for at least five years before that. We have always had excellent service, the team there has always been attentive, caring. Highly recommended!

I've been to Five Start Subaru for service twice. Both times the service was efficient and Tom and the rest of the staff were fully communicative. I was told how much everything would cost before they did any work, and asked if I wanted it done. The second time I had my two young daughters along and the entire building was a great help with two bored kids running amok. I couldn't be happier and the kids want to go back just to hang out and get another balloon!

This dealership treats you with a level of respect that measures to the name. 5 stars across the board. Will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, I had some really disappointing and frustrating service experiences at Five Star, which is a bummer because they do some nice things in the community (sponsor WSKG, etc).My 2019 Outback has the dreaded Starlink parasitic battery draw issue (a widespread problem; there's a class action settlement--but curiously no recall). Now, that's a manufacturer's issue, and I didn't buy this Subaru from Five Star, but they were going to do the module replacement to fix it. Subaru of America ("Corporate") agreed to cover the part and we'd cover the labor. So Corporate got in touch with Five Star, relayed the details, and Five Star set up an appointment for the replacement. In the week leading up to the appointment, we were in touch with both Five Star and Corporate to confirm two things: the part was in stock, and we're responsible for *labor only*. We got affirmatives on both.I showed up at Five Star on time on the day of my appointment, and the front desk tells me the part is not in. I live almost an hour away. The appointment was on the books for weeks, they didn't have the part, and they waited until I drove an hour to get there to tell me.For the new appointment, I called the day before to make sure they had the part; they did. On the day, before I handed over the keys, I asked them to confirm the all-in cost that I'd be responsible for. He confirmed (ballpark), ~$155 labor, ~$170 including tax. He specifically said that's my after-tax cost. Two hours later, it rang up a fair amount higher; he said I owe the tax on the part as well, despite what he told me before work started. A non-apology ("Oh yeah, Corporate will never cover taxes"). The amount wasn't huge, but that he waited until I had my credit card out to backtrack what he told me earlier, was unprofessional. So: 1) They waited until I drove an hour to get to my appointment to tell me my part wasn't in, and then 2) They waited until I was at the payment window to tell me that the cost I explicitly asked about before service, was actually wrong.

I have to say that I am so beyond pleased with the experiences we have had with five star. Steve Murphy has been top notch and gone completely out of his way to make not only my experience but my sons experience spectacular. Thank you Steve for making it amazing for all of us! You are very appreciated!

My Mom took her toyota prius there for brakes and brake lines. They quoted her $1,800 for the brake lines alone to be done. I believe they were taking advantage of her because she is a woman. Vans auto did the brake lines for a total of $120. Single Moms and women out there, this company has predatory pricing practices. Be wary and check around.

After searching and searching I finally found a dealership that cares about making the buying process simple and easy.#1 - Needed new plates… Usually DMV trips take a day…. bam they had them.#2 - Registration… took 0 time. Unusual but hey I was impressed.#3 - They made the buying experience a good one. I went to several dealerships and did not feel welcome before finding 5 Star Subaru. They get stuff done.I was walked to the service department. Shown around and was guided to setup the first oil change service ahead of time. Free. This place is in the business to take care of its customers. If they planned to WOW me they succeeded.
