“The front end staff here was FANTASTIC. I wish I had got the name of the lady working the front desk during our stay but we loved her (evening of 8/22 and 8/23). The breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast foods. The rooms were nice, although housekeeping could be improved. There were handprints on windows, black smudges on walls and a piece of hair in the shower. The beds were clean though and it was comfortable. The outdoor patio space was our favorite (we spent 7 hours out there on our second night). Overall I would stay here again.”

“My son attends College up in Oneonta. This hotel is newly refinished. The 4th thru 3rd floor is done and is VERY nice. We live this hotel. Comfortable, clean quite.. couldn't be better. 5 mins to campus. We stay here all the time. Sometimes 2x per week. Just a great releif to have a safe, quite, comfortable place to stay when we come to watch lacrosse games. Very nice !! 10 out of 10 and a smile ?”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn in the Oneonta-Cooperstown area! The staff made the experience even better — Sean is a very funny and friendly guy who made me feel right at home, and Justine was incredibly kind and pleasant. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also really good — a perfect way to start the day. Overall, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!”
