“The front end staff here was FANTASTIC. I wish I had got the name of the lady working the front desk during our stay but we loved her (evening of 8/22 and 8/23). The breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast foods. The rooms were nice, although housekeeping could be improved. There were handprints on windows, black smudges on walls and a piece of hair in the shower. The beds were clean though and it was comfortable. The outdoor patio space was our favorite (we spent 7 hours out there on our second night). Overall I would stay here again.”

“My son attends College up in Oneonta. This hotel is newly refinished. The 4th thru 3rd floor is done and is VERY nice. We live this hotel. Comfortable, clean quite.. couldn't be better. 5 mins to campus. We stay here all the time. Sometimes 2x per week. Just a great releif to have a safe, quite, comfortable place to stay when we come to watch lacrosse games. Very nice !! 10 out of 10 and a smile ?”

“Our room and bathroom was clean pretty good water pressure in the shower, beds seem comfortable. pretty decent rooms. front desk clerk was not very socialable, seemed like she didn't want to be there, got woke up the next morning (Yelling House keeping) and again at 10am when check out wasn't until 11:00am. Most hotel/motels have a list for early check outs fo they know not to disturb guess until check out. We forgot to put out the do not disturb thingy on the door, but figured they wouldn't knock as we hadn't checked out, specially at 9am, when we did check in until midnight. Other then the hotel was nice, big had lots of parking and even a lot next door for semi parking, conference room, outside pool, again clean rooms, great water pressure, comfortable beds and quite until they wake you up when you haven't checked out yet. Would be nice to know they were there as been up I 88 hundreds of times and never knew they were there, probably why they had many rooms available. Wife found it out from a app that's how we found it, otherwise we wouldn't of knew it was there.”
