Went to pick up a part for my furnace guy. The part i needed was a special order. They couldn't find it anywhere, they couldn't find the ticket, and they had orders all over the place. Very disorganized, and the counter guy liked to swear a lot!

Called in morning about specific peice I was looking for, said they had a variety of them ,not sure what I needed or wanted loaded up the children went there and they were absolutely fantastic folks to deal with definitely will be giving them lots more business
