I will start by saying I hate car shopping! However….My experience with Oneonta Ford was exceptional! I just might be able to stop saying I hate car shopping.My experience- I spoke on the phone with sales (Kevin Zach) and gave him my price range and other specifications I was looking for.. I arrived at the dealership shortly after we spoke and he had two possible options pulled up for us to look at. He was knowledgeable on both.After choosing a vehicle our experience continued to be smooth and painless!Russell (finance) was great at providing information on warrantees so we could the best choice for our situation.Exceptional Experience start to finish!!

We bought a 2023 Ford Maverick. Ordered 9/16/22 and picked up 13 months later. Kyle P. did a nice job keeping us up to date. The Ford tracking app was informative too. Picking up the truck was easy. Paperwork organized. A good session on how the car works. A bag of Oneonta Ford goodies finished the deal. Love the truck.

Kevin Zach was the sales person who handled my car purchase. I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful and very personable. I have done business with Oneonta Ford for almost 4 decades and found the service satisfactory as always. This review is to share a HUGE thank you to all the folks over at Oneonta Ford. It's been a dream of mine to buy a Ford Bronco since they started making them again. It's been so hard with all the up-charging and horse manure that goes on at dealerships. Not O-Ford. They were kind and patient with me. It took 7 months, but I have the most gorgeous Ford Bronco Outer Banks out there! I'm loving the ride and can't thank them enough for all their help and decency. It goes a long way with me. Thanks specifically Danny B, Russell, and Kyle. You guys make a great team!

In April we took our Escape to them and told them we lost power going up a hill.called told us that they drove the Escape up the hill going towards Delhi and it ran fine. The very next day the engine died. It was no longer covered by warranty. So we took it to another mechanic frustrated. They replaced the engine the first engine they got didn’t work. We just got the escape back. Guess what the engine doesn’t have power going up hill. I noticed a huge cloud of smoke when my husband started the escape. The Cadillac converter caused all this trouble to begin with. So we are without a vehicle almost 4 months. I would think the dealership mechanics could have figured this out from the beginning.Prior to this my husband took the car to have something fixed and they told him him it was a recall fixed the recall then decided that we couldn’t have our car back because it was due for an inspection my husband said ok. $600 later for an inspection because something was wrong. They didn’t explain it well either. This was in March. After getting the car from the recall and very expensive recall the power issues start. I will never go here again and I will never buy a FORD again. Crooks.

Great news! Shortly after leaving my previous review I received a call from Mindy Pope the owner. She was upset to see a negative review. We discussed our issue with her and she guaranteed that it would be addressed to our satisfaction. She arranged for the scratch to be repaired and repainted. A lady of her word! Very satisfied now. I had a great experience at oneonta ford. I had visited numerous other dealerships, where it seemed all they wanted to do was sell me a car and would do anything to do so. Not at oneonta ford, tho. I was lucky enough to be helped by a new young man/salesman by the name of Dan (G). He really cared about my needs and put me in a great car. My family was at the dealership and allowed my infant child to cruise around the showroom floor and offered my wife water. He was polite and kind. This young man is in the right business and he can help with all your needs. Thanks again Dan

I visited oneonta Ford looking for a Lincoln MKX. The saleswoman was amazing. She showed me many options and choices. Her name was Kaylee and she was so professional, friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable about the features of the car I was looking for. I've always had a fantastic experience at Oneonta Ford. The service department is always speedy and has always taken great care of my car since I purchased it from Russell, the business manager, two years ago. I always leave happy knowing I'm in good hands when I go there. I will always take my car to this Ford dealership for service.

Five Starts! 2 Thumbs up! Danny Beiderman Saves the Day!I called Danny and told him what I was looking for, what I had to trade in, down payment amount, and what I could afford monthly. He found me a vehicle THAT DAY that met all my criteria. We went and looked at it, test drove it, and picked it up the next day! We love it! Danny was professional, honest, personable and pretty much a magician for making this the easiest, fastest, most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. I hope he stays in the business for a long time, because I can't picture ever trying to purchase another vehicle without him making it happen. Thank you so much Danny!

My oil change and multi-point inspection took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Too long. During my wait one of the service window staff came out to let me know I had serious issues with my brake pads and front rotors. Since my Ford Ranger only had 11,000 miles on it I knew she was wrong. Later she came out to inform me she had my vehicle mixed up with another. Lastly, I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash. I said yes, that would be nice. Almost one and one half hours later - when out finally was able to go to my car and leave - it was clear that it had not been washed. My experience at this appointment was not positive!!

Went in to test drive and buy a mustang and the owners wife was out shopping in the only one. Wouldn’t bring her back even though I was there to buy. Told my to buy it somewhere else. So I did. Less miles less money. Its a dying dealership go somewhere else you will thank me
