This owner would not rent me an appliance hand cart for a short job- I am a local person who lives 5 miles away. Also, one of the appliance hand carts was broken, with a missing cotter pin- and the wheel would have fallen off during use. The owner did not fix the pin and put the hand cart away to be rented. Unfair and possibly shoddy business practice.
