Apartment 7 at 7 Otsego Street needs to go. The fact that they haven't been evicted yet is laughable.
Actually a safety hazard for everyone and anyone who lives around the area.

I have heard horror stories but in my experience renting with them, they do an exceptional job not only answering/fixing issues but explaining everything and providing fair explanations for actions they take. A much better experience than other landlords I've had to deal with in my 12 years of living in Oneonta.
