I have just purchased a Hyundai product PALISADE 2024 from this dealer. Staff members and sales representatives are very friendly and helpful . However, I experienced some communication difficulties during the process with sales personnel as they are not frequently available and we are remotely dealing with everything . But they offer a very good price and smooth negotiation. My car was delivered in a timely manner. Sales manager (Matt) is very helpful at the end of the process. Sales consultant Garyn is a wonderful person to deal with. I am highly recommending my friends and family to deal with Royal Hyundai of Oneonta! They are one of the best in New York!

The team at Royal Oneonta are great - efficient, and reasonably priced but most importantly trustworthy. We split our time between the city and upstate, and we always plan to get our car serviced up here as we know Dustin, Chris, Gavin and team will take the best care of us. Highly recommend.

Scott was an excellent salesman. I felt comfortable talking to him and he was very knowledgeable about the two cars I was interested in. Sale was easy, car was ready for pickup on time, and I love my Tuscan Limited Hybrid.

Our salesperson Cody was very informed about the vehicle we purchased (Hyundai Tucson) No pressure. He kindly gave us a tutorial of the vehicle features. He was patient and kind and made us feel very relaxed and assured us we could call or stop by if we had any questions or issues. It is the second vehicle we purchased from Royal Hyundai and I believe it will not be the last.

We worked with Cody Brewster as our salesman and couldn’t be happier. Unlike other dealerships and sales people, Cody was actually enjoyable to work with and was always able to answer our questions or get answers for us. The dealership was great to work with including the sales manager Matt and the finance manager Ed. I would highly recommend Royal for your new or used car needs.

Service agent was a sweet young man. The rest of the experience was disappointing. It took a month to get a diagnosis, waited 3 weeks before they could start repair and the repair took 3 days longer than anticipated. I could have dealt with all that if they had done anything "extra" to make up for it - put it in the locked yard, washed it, inspected it, or even detailed the dash - anything at all could have offset some of this debacle. Not entirely their fault since electronics can be tricky, but prior terrible service experience here left me skeptical in the first place. If my insurance would have taken it to a different Hyundai dealership, I would not darken their door. But the young man on the desk was wonderful.

Seven months and $2700 later and my Hyundai sits, undriveable, in my driveway. Scammers at Royal Hyundai saw this senior citizen coming and set their ridiculous service department on me as prey. Do not trust these people. Go anywhere else that has word of mouth recommendations. Least professional business I’ve encountered. One good thing is they will smile as they take you for everything you’ve got, that earned them one star. Older women beware!

I had a great experience at Royal Hyundai in Oneonta when purchasing my new car. Andrea was efficient and polite when taking my calls and messages. The salesperson, Scott, was very easy going and made the car purchasing process seamless. I was pleased there was no pressure for me to purchase the vehicle, but I did decide buy it. The finance manager was not in the office, but thankfully, Matt, the sales manager was able to successfully complete the finance process with me so I was able to purchase and take the car home in the same day. Thank you to all the staff at Royal Hyundai that helped me with my recent car purchase!

My retired father got brand new tires on his car. After going through every route possible he was told he has the wrong size tires on his car. That means Royal Hyundai and their team put the wrong size tires on their car. Steve Harris the owner told my retired on a budget father " buy 4 new tires and we will install for free" No Steve Harris that's not going to work. Your dealership put the wrong size tires on my fathers car. Now you want to make more work for everyone because we will take the legal route to make sure my father gets his new tires in the correct size. This wasn't his fault or responsibility. But it is your responsibility as a business owner to make it right.
