Food is definitely not what it used to be...the footlongs really aren't, and when I paid extra for 50% more meat, it sure didn't seem like I got any extra for the price. It's not the fault of the employees, though. I'm sure it's the corporate directive #

Tried to order but worker just looked at me and ignored me then started to talk to another associate the entire time I stood there for 5 minutes before I just left.

Terrible service. They called, they would have to bake cookies, because they were out. Really? The subs were awful, no meat a few condiments. We will not go back. Lazy employees.

Came to Get some Subway for dinner tonight, because I was in a rush. Tammy, the lady who made my Sub was so kind and cordial. She made my sub EXACTLY how I wanted it. And she's a very attentive Listener. She did a great job to ensure that I got the extra onions like I requested. I'm very pleased with her. And... SHE WASN'T EVEN CLOCKED IN WHEN MAKING MY SUB. She put the Customer first and I Respect her Highly for that. I will be coming back here, because of her! Thanks Tammy!

The older gentleman there is slower than molasses at making sandwiches and never gets them right. The first time we went the sandwiches were just baked up in paper and oozing all over it took 25 minutes during the point he started making it sandwiches until they were done. The second time that took 45 minutes. Today we ordered through the app so he would get them right, but 30 minutes after ordering when I went in to get them he hadn't even started, then argued with me about what was printed out as oppressed to what we ordered. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and he was trying to make it without roasting it saying it wasn't specified, not did it have bacon on it and when I mentioned that I asked for the bacon to be crispy he said he didn't have time to read it from the app and special notes don't print out. Besides all that we still didn't get the chips we were supposed to get and the whole ordeal took almost an hour. Order from any other subway, but don't go to this one.

Great place with very friendly staff. I grabbed a subway while charging my EV at a nearby charging station. It tastes great.

I used my Subway app so that I can just pick it up and go. Got to this Subway and there were 8 customers waiting and one person making sandwiches. I went up to the register. My sandwich was on a shelf done and paid for all he had to do was give it to me. Waited 15 minutes and then he acknowledged me and said,”did you order on line?” I said yes and he continued to make sandwiches. Waited another 10 minutes and my sandwich as cold and soggy.Understaffed does equal or justify being “rude”Don’t bother ordering on line. Better service in “Jersey Mike’s” they are across Subway and they have a pick up station.
