Unfortunately, I have to come here about once a week, every week. And there isn’t an employee in this place with ANY customer service whatsoever! I might have to stop shopping on Amazon just so I can avoid this blanking place! If you want to see or be miserable, come here!

Avoid for professional printing/online ordering services.Spent $80 on full-bleed flyers to be picked up the following day. Rather than printing on the large format Canon printer as ordered, they were printed on the standard Konica printer - aka what you can print on a home printer. While the staff was apologetic, they refused to reprint the material on the correct printer. They tried to call the store manager three times but they did not answer. This was at ~2:00PM on a Saturday. I was told to come back on Monday but opted to call instead because it's over an hour away.Multiple attempts to call the store resulted in stonewalling from whoever answered - 3 days in a row. They repeatedly took the same information. No callback. No refund. No attempt to reprint or fix the issue. Literally still haven't heard back and it's been nearly 2 weeks. Disputed the charge with the bank instead.The kicker here was they repeatedly tried to claim they don't offer the product I ordered while I was standing in the store - next to the product I ordered hung on the wall printed to the edge as advertised. The guys were nice, again, but the store needs new management.Very disappointing.

Employees here are always very pleasant & Always ready to help and it makes returning things so much easier. I e been to this location many of times and always get pleasant employees .

Dropped off a package to ship on a Monday and when it wasn’t delivered by Saturday I check the tracking and it said “label was created”. When I could finally reach them on Monday morning (now a week later), they found my package, still at the store. They then absolutely refused to expedite the shipping, or provide a refund, and even refused to let me speak to anyone in charge. Their rationale, which they repeated like ten times, was that since I picked “standard ground”, I had no guarantee on when my package should arrive, and evidently that means it can sit in the store you drop it off in for a week, and that’s the customer’s problem. After wasting a full 30 minutes on the phone, and being hung up on after I refused to just take a refund and take my package elsewhere, they finally agreed to expedite the package, and acted like they were doing me a big favor, which they weren’t really required to do. In the end also never let me talk to anyone in charge, even though I requested it 10 times. Don’t trust these stores. They are franchises and the actual UPS company takes no responsibility for their actions.

Excellent service and location. Staff is always hard at work and has a sense of urgency. Crystal has helped us on numerous times this week, and helped us process a large order while multi-tasking and helping other customers.I've witnessed customers being rude to the staff numerous times because the CUSTOMERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO RETURN ITEMS FROM AMAZON.C'mon people- do better! The staff is there to help you. They are not there to get abused because you do not understand how Amazon returns work.

As a business owner we rarely get our packages delivered on time due to them, not reading delivery instructions on our business door.Thousands in orders have been marked delivered when the driver never got out.Never able to get to talk to someone when I call & are unable to leave a voicemail.I wish I could tell anyone we buy from to NOT USE UPS as they are proving to be more unreliable & unhelpful.

If I could give no stars I would. Whoever was the female employee on August 30, 2023, she needs to be fired. Attitude, incompetence, zero customer service skills. Inadequate knowledge of operating a basic copy machine. She messed up my order and had the most obnoxious attitude when I demanded she correct the mistake. Common UPS, there are plenty of competent job seekers out there, try harder in your hiring process!

The service I received was extraordinary considering how understaffed The UPS STORE was. I had a very important package I needed to ship to my fiance who lives in Nigeria. The lead person there properly instructed her coworkers in providing me the best options to ensure the best level of delivery provided by UPS. What a crime then how underpay the staff of the UPS STORE are.

I received my mail here for a couple of years. The service is consistently excellent. I have seen these ladies working hard while always dealing with the clients in a professional manner. They are very good at what they do. I no longer get my mail here but will continue to use this location for other shipping business.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The owner is so kind and helpful. I drive 25 mins to go to this ups store, and I have a ups drop off right by my house. Thats how amazing they are!

I drive over twenty miles to ship from this store! The staff is always professional and they go above and beyond to take care of you. I just shipped 7 large paintings and the recipient (who is an art dealer) called me to say how impressed with how well everything was packed!UPS is so lucky to have this staff ....they are EXCELLENT ambassadors for the company - Friendly, efficient and professional....and they make a point of remembering customers names .It is all about TRUST! I completely trust them to do the best job and they ALWAYS do!!I tell everyone I know to use their shipping services
