We were returning from Boston when a tire lost pressure. After exiting at Oneonta, we proceeded to Vic's Service. They went out of their way, even giving up a lunch hour to get us back on the road quickly. The tire patch held and we made it home without further issues. We were very pleased and thankful.

My daughter is a student at SUNY Oneonta and recently had an issue with the undercarriage of her car. Vic’s Service immediately scheduled her appointment and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Their service was excellent, and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend Vic’s Service for any vehicle repair needs!

Nothing’s worse than being 180 miles away from your kid when he’s up at school and he has a problem with his car. I called around to see who could get him in ASAP. Vic’s did just that. Now I know what you’re thinking, he can’t be good if he’s not busy. Well that’s not the case here. He was busy but took the time to do a quick diagnosis and as it turned out it was a fairly easy fix.(thermostat ) I spoke with Christina who was able to finagle their schedule to get the car in. Before they did any work she gave me a call to explain what the problem was. I can sleep better at night knowing there is someone I can trust in a world of un trustworthy people. Well done Vic’s.
I failed to mention another woman that helped me that night but unfortunately I forgot her name.

Very helpful local staff. Very up front about availability and service times. Besides being a quick local repair shop they work on post office fleet vehicles some time. They are straightforward whether they can get your vehicle in or they do offer a leave and come back system. They are a full service gas station as well as the repair shop which means they will come out and pump your fuel for you as well as top off your fluids maybe wash the windows down the whole nine yards.

Great service, really informative and straightforward with the issue in your cars and they even detailed every aspect of the issue with you cars and advice what to do. Was lucky to find this shop.

The owner woman who works here is incredibly rude and her husband cusses at customers without even understanding the full situation of how his spouse disrespects customers. Won’t be returning and will be telling my friends about the experience. Receptionists was kind. Wish I could give a 0 they claimed my car failed for brakes yet I just left the repair shop for brand new brakes. False cash grab- read their 1 star reviews what business responds rudely on a google review to customers giving honest experiences - explains a lot
In response to owner- interesting that you state we were there weeks ago when we were charged yesterday and were there yesterday for the inspection. You also stated it was for several safety concerns yet you only advised of the breaks which is also interesting as you didn’t have the key lock required to check my breaks. In addition, my car was gone through whilst with you and it wasn’t by my husband. And your false slander claim to being “ bribed” is laughable. Who bribes over 21$ ? Your wife got angry because my husband called me whilst in your shop and said verbatim “ they are claiming the brakes are bad yet we just had them done “ that set her off and she began getting hostile. My husband never called her a name not once. So instead of taking accountability for your business short comings and falsehood ; you choose to lie and make slanderous claims right on this website. Thanks for the proof of your scam.

Vic’s are the best! Needed a quick oil change because we drove all the way from Connecticut!! To oneonta, they were quick and efficient! VERY nice ! The oil change was only about 15 minutes very fast! Thank you to the staff over at Vic’s as well! You guys are amazing!
