Night lead staff rude. Ignorant of the money deposit limits with rudeness worst than the ignorance. When paged to the front, will delay showing up to support other employees. Reporting this issue to corporate office.

This Walgreens fills prescriptions so fast! They are very knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate the refill reminders and ability to sign up for automatic refills. I highly recommend this location. Super convenient if you live in town. The drive-thru is opened 7 days a week. I go here frequently and always have a good experience.

If i could put zero stars i so would, Rebecca with the librarian looking ass glasses and the fake blonde ombré needs an attitude adjustment, all i did was ask for tattoos and this rude cranky mean lady decided to wake up on the wrong side of the bed and be a absolute bitch me to when all i wanted was to tat myself up. However Augustus is so amazing i love him.

I love the Oneonta NY Walgreens! I have been going there for years! Had to go to a different pharmacy for a short time, and now i am glad to be back!!

My experience at walgreens has generally been a good one.Pros: The store is clean. The staff if friendly and helpful. The drive thru is convenient.Cons: Sometimes the wait in line at the Pharmacy can be too long.

I needed a spray nasal congestant so I decided to stop by the local Walgreens at 99 Chestnut St. in Oneonta, NY. I don't shop there often and should have turned around when I saw a few customers leaving the store and removing their face masks. Nevertheless, I went inside and asked the cashier where the decongestant nasal sprays were. I was directed to the pharmacy area. While walking there I noted that the prices seemed excessive for familiar brand products and packaged in smaller sizes. I found my decongestant nose spray and was amazed that it cost more than $7.00 and was exactly the same product manufactured by the same company that provided Walmart's brand. The same product was $1.88 at Walmart. The same pattern of products with excessive pricing was prevalent throughout this store. One point I should make is that Walgreens makes its profits by being a major Medicaid and Medicaid provider, and being in the pharmacy network of most public and private sector pharmacy components of health plans. My general suggestion is that we are in difficult economic situations caused by COVID-19. Please be alert to excessive pricing.

I think this is a very good pharmacy I have not had an issue with this pharmacy I've been here 3 -4 years now and I've had nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy Scott who is the head pharmacist there is a really nice guy you can talk to him about anything help you as Best as he can and I don't think they're very high priced at all I think they're very reasonable price I know a lot of other little pharmacy in the area that are really bad and overly priced just shop around and see what fits you best

My son has used walgreens pharmacy in the last 3 years while up at school...THANK YOU! Everytime he's been sick you are quick to fill his prescription so he can hurry home to rest and recover. Never a long wait time. You guys understand! We truly appreciate it!!!
