Called and explained situation of moving back to area and needing storage. They said they had one available. I asked how I could go about securing it as we live across the country. Woman said she would find out and call me back within an hour. 1.5 hrs went by with no call. I called back and she stated she had just sold it. Thanks for the phone call back. I could have had a friend come do agreement and pay for 3 months in advance for us. Horrible customer service.

After 3 years of renting we get a call there's NO storage space for students this year seriously, in February... used to be great service, now they're leaving all the students out, best to find other options
